It's The Overlooked....

As I watched my oldest son get ready for his prom I became aware that I had not taken the time to see him today I saw him for the first time I had still saw him as that three year old standing in the hallway of our apartment bright and happy and eager to go and explore....and here he was going to start his first year as an adult with a whole world before him...ready to do his thing and try his hand at it...in an odd way it filled me with hope and opened up a world of promise that I had overlooked.....
A lot of life is in the small blessings when we are always in search of the big things....don't forget about the small moments they mean so much later on...
